The air Dump Valve A16-18694-000 needs some new "o rings" on the spool valve. Has anyone found them or the spool valve itself, may have to go to a manual setup instead. The valve itself is $400-650 if they have it in stock which most don't.

I removed the air-in line and added several drops of air-tool oil, then worked the valve by hand until it moved freely. I reinstalled the valve and it still works fine today. Best I found was, it can be a different style valve as long as it is 12V-powered and configured the same way. have you ran a search for your valve model #? When I did for mine, several results were for a different brand, but did the same thing. Your valve has 3 ports, I rebuilt a different norgren valve on my MH that has 5 ports. "O" rings are available at most any ACE hardware store. __________________ 2000 Winnebago Ultimate Freedom USQ40JD, ISC 8.3 Cummins 350, Spartan MM Chassis. I was able to take it apart but the o rings where already damaged. The thickness of the o ring is less than 1/16, probably 1/32 & I haven't been to find anything that thin. That part # is from the Freightliner site & doesn't show up with google. The # 's that I am able to read on my unit is 0P311AB-212A, I think there is supposed to be a V6 In front of the # making it V60P311AB212A which shows nothing. It seems it's special to "Freightliner" only. May have to try making into a manual dump.

| Norgren Air ride Dump Valve I did my dump valve last summer. I didnt use the Freightliner part number. If you call the company, ask for the part number without the electrical cable. Its not needed and adds quite a bit to the price. What I received was just the valve. Bolted in place and was good to go. Mine is a 2015 so not sure the part numbers re the same. The actual Norgren part number may be on the valve. __________________ 2015 Tiffin Phaeton 40QBH 2018 Chevrolet Colorado Toad Roadmaster Tow Setup | | |

| The Norgren A16-18694-000 is the same part that my coach uses. That part number includes the wiring harness, which you don't need. I used part number V60P411A-A512JK, which is the same valve without the cable so it is less expensive.
Note that I have had three leak so far and am not impressed with Norgren right about now.

Tiffin installed a sintered bronze muffler in the Parker valve they use in the Powerglide chassis. Im now wondering if the short tube Freightliner uses is allowing dust and dirt into the valve, which over time promotes leakage. I am ordering a muffler in my new valve. __________________ 2015 Tiffin Phaeton 40QBH 2018 Chevrolet Colorado Toad Roadmaster Tow Setup

I partially disassembled my old valve and it appears there is a ball pressed into the body that needs to be removed to gain access to the piston. If mine fails again, I plan to switch to a Parker Extreme valve. I am on my third Norgren valve in three years and dont think the quality is there. __________________ 2015 Tiffin Phaeton 40QBH 2018 Chevrolet Colorado Toad Roadmaster Tow Setup

Problem is the new valve Comes with different size wiring connections, So I have to replace the entire cable. I can't find where the cables terminate into the single connector. It appears to Go up under the Dashboard but I spent 2 and a 1/2 hours looking for it and I'm stumped. Can any of You Tell Me where that 2 cable harness connects up front? __________________ 2006 Winnebago Journey 36G SE 300HP Cummins 2017 Chevy Equinox Toad Lifetime Member Hugh Jass RV Club

Transfer the old solenoids to the new valve. They are only held on with a C-clip. Also, I dont understand how they can be different as they are a standard DIM connector on the solenoid. I ordered the valve without the cable as it is quite a bit cheaper. __________________ 2015 Tiffin Phaeton 40QBH 2018 Chevrolet Colorado Toad Roadmaster Tow Setup
