The top parlay starts off with Zack Littell to go Under 1.5 walks.
While the Rays righty has gotten off to a slow start in terms of control (7.8 BB%), this is a pitcher who put up a 3.2% walk rate last season.
Littell issued three walks against the Angels in his last season. Tonight is his second consecutive outing vs Los Angeles, one where I expect stronger command, since he’s at home in a pitcher-friendly environment.
I’ll finish it off with the Red Sox to hold a lead after the first five innings.
Boston is sending out Tanner Houck, who has registered an impressive 2.95 SIERA so far.
On the other side, Cleveland is rolling with Ben Lively, who put up a 5.38 ERA in 88.2 innings last season.

The longshot parlay starts off with the Angels to lead the Rays after the first five innings.
While I like Rays starter Zack Littell, this is a bet on Reid Detmers, who is off to a phenomenal start this season, putting up a 1.04 ERA and 0.81 WHIP with 26 strikeouts in 17.1 innings.
The fact that we’re getting plus money here makes me love this play, considering the pitching advantage.
I’ll finish it off with Under 4.5 runs in the first five innings of the Rockies vs Phillies game.
Look for Cristopher Sanchez (3.88 SIERA) to put forth a strong outing against a Colorado lineup that is bad as it is, but even worse on the road (80 wRC+, 26th).
Rockies starter Ryan Feltner has also been impressive, allowing only three runs in his last two outings.

Harper looks like he’s snapping out of his early-season slump after homering last night. Perhaps this could be the start of a hot streak.
While Ryan Feltner has pitched well, he has allowed two homers this year (1.48 HR/9 in last full season in 2022), so Harper can get into one here.
Sanchez isn’t a prolific strikeout pitcher, but he’s shown a high ceiling early this year (eight strikeouts in five innings vs Reds).
